You will need to log into the support center to view your open tickets, the username is your e-mail address, and a password will be sent to you in a separate e-mail message.
Through this web interface you can review the progress of any open tickets, read through the ticket discussion, and search through your company knowledgeable as frequent issues become documented you'll find articles here.
